These Terms of Use apply to FLING: Skybound and the related pages and services provided with the game. By downloading or using FLING, you agree to these terms and the applicable App Store or Google Play terms.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, you may use FLING for personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control. Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, automate, or interfere with the app, its services, its rankings, or another player’s experience.
Gameplay and content
FLING is a skill-based game about timing and momentum. Cosmetic items do not improve distance or gameplay performance. Scores, rankings, daily challenges, cosmetic catalogs, and other features may change as the game is updated.
Founder Pack
The Founder Pack is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It unlocks the benefits shown in the app, including removal of interstitial ads, premium cosmetics, and bonus Sparks. It is not a subscription. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, and eligible purchases can be restored from Settings → Restore Purchases.
Ads and third-party services
FLING may show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads. The app also uses third-party services for analytics, purchases, advertising, and platform features. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of FLING as the game develops. We work to keep the app reliable, but FLING and third-party services may occasionally be interrupted or unavailable. The app is provided without a guarantee that every feature will work on every device, network, or platform.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, FLING is provided as available and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or an interruption of a third-party service.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when FLING changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, visit the FLING support page.
